Seminar Booking & Cancellation Terms
Finding the Leader Within — the management/employee communication & relations seminar. These terms exist so both sides can plan with confidence. Fair is fair both ways.
✈️ Travel costs are non-refundable once booked. To hold your date, we book flights, lodging, and transport within 24–48 hours of your confirmation — from that point, travel costs are incurred and are billed regardless of any later cancellation or reschedule. This applies at every tier below.
In-person seminars
- 60+ days before the seminar: cancel for a full refund minus a $250 booking & administration fee — or reschedule free, one time.
- 30–59 days before: no cash refund. Choose one: reschedule to a new in-person date for a $500 rebooking fee, or convert to a live Zoom seminar at no fee, with the price difference held as credit toward a future in-person date.
- Under 30 days: 50% of the seminar fee is forfeited; the remaining 50% is held as credit, good for 12 months, toward a Zoom or rescheduled in-person seminar. No cash refunds at this tier.
Zoom seminars
- 14+ days before: reschedule free, one time, or cancel for a full refund.
- Under 14 days: reschedule for a $150 rebooking fee. No cash refunds inside 14 days — your payment stays good as credit for the rescheduled date.
The rules that apply to everything
- One-reschedule rule: any booking may be rescheduled once under the terms above. A second reschedule is treated as a new booking.
- Credits: all credits are good for 12 months from the original seminar date and are transferable within your organization.
- If we cancel: illness, travel disruption, or emergency on our side — you choose: a full refund including any unbilled travel, or priority rebooking at no charge. Fair is fair both ways.
- The Second Board Guarantee applies to every delivered seminar — see the seminar page.
